El pasado s\u00e1bado 15 de julio de 2023, tuvo lugar la asamblea general ordinaria de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Universidades P\u00fablicas del Paraguay (AUPP), en el local de la Universidad Nacional de Caaguaz\u00fa (UNCa), en la cuidad de Coronel Oviedo, ocasi\u00f3n en que fueran electos sus nuevas autoridades, periodo 2023-2024.<\/p>\n

En esta asambleas, el Rector de la Universidad Nacional de Itap\u00faa (UNI), Dr. Hermenegildo Cohene Vel\u00e1zquez y la Vicerrectora, Dra. Nelly Monges de Insfr\u00e1n, fueron electos como Presidente y Vicepresidente de la entidad civil que cumplir\u00e1 20 a\u00f1os en agosto pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, fueron electos los representantes Docentes, Egresados y Estudiantes de las Universidades P\u00fablicas. \u00c9ste qued\u00f3 como sigue: Representantes Docentes titulares: 1) Jos\u00e9 Sim\u00f3n Cateura de la\u00a0 UNVES y 2) Mar\u00eda Concepci\u00f3n Araujo de la UNC. Representantes Docentes suplentes: 1) Melanio Ruiz D\u00edaz de la UNICAN y 2) Ra\u00fal Rivarola Estigarribia de la UNA. Representantes de egresados titulares: 1) Cynthia Ramona Morel de la UNA y 2) Carlos Troche Ull\u00f3n de la UNICAN. Representantes de egresados suplentes: 1) Gustavo Servin Ayalabde la UNP y Deysi Johanna P\u00e9rez de la UNC. Representantes de estudiantes: 1) Joel Rodrigo Gim\u00e9nez de la UNE y 2) Dahiana Montserrat Chaparro de la UNC. Representantes de estudiantes suplentes:1) Andrea Rivero Bogado de la UNVES y 2) Daniela Alviso de la UNI.<\/p>\n

El Rector de la Universidad Nacional de Concepci\u00f3n (UNC), Dr. Clarito Rojas Mar\u00edn, fue electo como Presidente de Asamblea y como Primer Secretario, el Rector de la Universidad Nacional de Villarrica del Esp\u00edritu Santo (UNVES), Dr. Abg. Sim\u00f3n Ben\u00edtez Ortiz.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, la Vicerrectora de la Universidad Nacional de Pilar (UNP), Dra. Gladys Emilce Br\u00edtez Caballero, fue electa como segunda secretaria, de acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n detallada por la Secretaria saliente de la AUPP, la abogada Claudia Patricia Godoy Sosa y entrante, el abogado Arnaldo Ibarra Cantero.<\/p>\n

La asamblea dio lectura del acta de la asamblea anterior, luego qued\u00f3 a consideraci\u00f3n de la plenaria la Memoria y el Balance del ejercicio 2022-2023, documentos suministrados por su Presidente saliente, el Rector de la Universidad Nacional de Caaguazu (UNCA), Prof. Mst. \u00c1ngel Rodr\u00edguez Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n

Recordemos que la asamblea constitutiva de la AUPP tuvo lugar en la Universidad Nacional de Itap\u00faa (UNI), en agosto de 2003, coincidente con el inicio del primer Congreso de Universidades P\u00fablicas delParaguay, el cual previ\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de importantes exponentes de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior a nivel nacional como internacional.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/span>\n
